One of the biggest challenges we currently face is the energy transition. My aim is to contribute to a sustainable society and to make sure that sustainability is self-evident for future generations.

I get energy from challenges where a successful solution genuinely matters and moves the energy transition forward. For me, a solution is only successful if it is actually used and implemented. My analytical ability, combined with a pragmatic mindset, leads to practical solutions.

I have a varied background, from start-up to grid operator and from consultant to team manager. That experience allows me to take different points of view. I also have a strong ability to connect people, which I put to use in implementation projects and stakeholder management. I am structured and driven by curiosity. Ideally, I combine project management with strategy and innovation.
