I am an experienced product manager specialising in e-mobility and software development, with a background in change management. After more than eight years at one of the Netherlands' first and largest CPO/eMSPs, I joined Krachtwerk to bring that experience to companies facing complex questions or in need of drive.

As a product manager and product owner, I have learned always to put the customer first and to build smart digital solutions for customers and employees alike. As a team leader, I work on the basis of trust and connection, and I motivate people with enthusiasm and vision. My daily motivation comes from contact with people, from constantly trying, learning and improving, and ultimately from knowing that all of this contributes to a better world.
