The energy transition is one of the most challenging subjects of the twenty-first century. There is a great deal at stake, not only from a sustainability perspective but also in terms of security of supply, autonomy, wellbeing and social and economic equality. That is what makes this world so interesting to me, and why I am glad to put my own energy into moving the transition forward.

After several years working in the energy sector, the challenge has only grown. I get excited by the socio-economic and socio-technical complexity these challenges present. Working in this sector has taught me that collaborating with enthusiastic, ambitious people who want to reach a solution together is what energises me. My goal is to map the complexity, search for the solution together and implement it by bringing a range of disciplines around the table.
