The energy transition is one of the biggest societal challenges of our time. It calls for fundamental changes in how we generate, distribute, use and organise energy. Established players are being challenged to get moving, while new start-ups enrich the ecosystem with innovation and opportunity. I get energy from working through the puzzle together with the different players in this ecosystem, initiating partnerships and accelerating the movement.

During my career in the financial sector I analysed, financed and supported both start-ups and corporates in their growth. In commercial and operational roles I turned ambition into concrete plans and tangible results, always with an eye for customer needs and market developments. More recently I supported a SaaS company in the e-mobility sector with raising growth finance, professionalising the organisation and building a scalable sales strategy. My strength lies in combining sharp analysis with people-focused leadership. I believe in the power of collaboration and enjoy contributing to organisations that make a real impact within the energy transition.
