Solving complex problems and contributing to sustainability. That is what I wanted to do when I graduated as a physicist more than ten years ago and started looking for work. I found that combination on the trading floor of a large energy company, where I worked on asset optimisation, flexibility, balancing products and day-ahead trading.

Over the years, the energy transition has offered me challenges in a range of areas. After my time in the trading organisation, I worked on business case analysis, scenario planning, long-term market developments and strategy, among other things. I get energy from big open questions, new ideas, collaboration and building towards a good future. My strength lies in keeping the overview and getting to the heart of the subject matter, without losing sight of the human side.
